Booking & pricing
How much do your services cost? Do you have a price list?
Yes. Our mobile care price list for RN and Nurse Assistant care at your home, hotel or Airbnb is on our home page under Pricing. Surgery-Ready Airbnb and Care, All-Inclusive Accommodation is quoted on inquiry, based on your dates and needs.
How do I book a recovery stay, and how does it work?
Send us the booking form or a direct message on Instagram with your details: your surgery date, check-in and check-out dates, surgery center and the services you need. Yanil checks availability and sends you a personalized quote. A $300 deposit reserves your dates.
Mobile care (RN or Nurse Assistant care at your home, hotel or Airbnb) can be booked directly, with no consultation needed: Book Mobile Care. Your hotel or Airbnb must be within 10 minutes of your surgery center, or an additional travel fee may apply.
Do you have availability for my dates?
Send your surgery date and your check-in and check-out dates through the booking form, and we'll confirm availability with you.
How does the deposit work, and what if my surgery date changes?
A $300 non-refundable deposit reserves your dates. Cancellations are not accepted, but if your surgery date changes, we'll work with you on your dates. The balance is due before services begin.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Zelle. Any other payment method is confirmed in writing when you book.
Is there a travel fee?
Your hotel or Airbnb must be within 10 minutes of your surgery center, or an additional travel fee may apply.
Do you take Surgery Sisters (friends having surgery together)?
Yes. We can care for up to two people at the same time. Share both surgery dates and details on the booking form, and we'll send a quote for both of you.
Surgery-Ready Airbnb and Care, All-Inclusive Accommodation
What's included in the all-inclusive stay?
Surgery-Ready Airbnb and Care, All-Inclusive Accommodation includes:
- Airport pickup and drop-off
- Transportation to your pre-op appointment
- Nightly stay in a Miami high-rise studio
- Pickup from surgery
- Prescription pickup
- Transportation to and from post-op appointments within the Miami area
- Bed setup
- Private 1:1 care from a Florida-licensed RN
- 3 meals and 2 snacks daily
- Help with hygiene, including a shower if your surgeon allows it
- Help walking
- Washing of your faja and garments
- Vital signs monitoring
- Reporting anything unusual to your surgeon's office
- Scheduling and transportation for extra appointments if concerns come up
- Massages, if your surgeon indicates them
- Follow-up texts and calls from the RN
- A support group chat for clients booked that month

Is the Airbnb included, and does the stay include nursing care?
Yes. The all-inclusive stay includes both the accommodation and private 1:1 nursing care.
Is care available 24 hours? Are massages included? Is the suite set up for recovery?
The all-inclusive stay includes 24-hour care. Massages are included if your surgeon indicates them. The suite is set up for recovery; if you need a specific item, just ask us.
Do you offer 24/7 private care with meals?
Yes, with the all-inclusive stay: 24/7 private care, 3 meals and 2 snacks daily.
Where are you located, and how far are you from my surgery center?
We are in Miami, close to major surgery centers. Tell us which surgery center you're using, and we'll let you know the distance.
Can a companion stay with me? Is the extra-guest fee per day?
Yes. A companion can stay with you for an extra-guest fee per day, which covers their stay and meals. The fee is quoted on inquiry.
What can my companion do while I recover?
The building has amenities such as a pool, a gym and a coworking space.

Do you come to hotels?
Yes. Our mobile care comes to you at your home, hotel or Airbnb in Miami-Dade.
Do you offer transportation only?
Yes, transportation-only service is available. Share your surgery center, where you're staying and your dates, and we'll send you a quote.
What should I expect during my recovery with you?
A nurse is with you from day one. You'll have help getting up, walking and getting to the bathroom. You follow your surgeon's restrictions, such as no bending or lifting, and wear your garments as your surgeon directs. We follow your surgeon's post-op instructions.

Do you speak Spanish?
Yes. We provide care and communication in English and Spanish.
Are you doctors?
No. Our recovery support is provided by a licensed registered nurse and nurse assistants, not physicians. We do not diagnose, prescribe, or replace your surgeon's care; we follow your surgeon's post-op instructions.
What area do you serve?
We serve Miami-Dade County, including Miami, Miami Beach, Coral Gables, Doral and Hialeah.
What if there's an emergency?
In an emergency, call 911.
Add-ons
What is the IV add-on?
IV hydration is an optional add-on you can request when you book. It is given by our licensed RN only with your surgeon's approval and following their instructions. Select "IV" under add-ons on the booking form, or mention it when you inquire, and we'll include it in your quote.
